Privacy, in plain English.
This site collects only the information you choose to send us through the contact and waitlist forms. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
What we collect
If you submit a form, we collect your name, email address, business or organization name, phone or Messenger details, service interest, estimated budget, and project description. We also store the form type and the time of submission. If you only browse the site, we do not run analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security and reliability.
Why we collect it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, understand what you need, and keep track of our own work. We do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
Where it is stored
The site is hosted on Vercel and form submissions are stored in Supabase. If email notifications are enabled, the enquiry details are also sent through Resend so the notification can be delivered. These are service providers that process data on our behalf. Access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
What we do not do
We do not run advertising trackers, sell your data, or send you a marketing sequence. Your theme preference is stored in your own browser and is not sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond and manage our work. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.

To ask what we have, correct it, or delete it, email hello@indeware.com. We will respond as soon as we can.
