Terms

Terms of service.

These terms explain the general basis for using this website and working with us. Project-specific terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

Using this website

The content on this site is provided for general information. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without permission. We aim to keep the information accurate, but details such as pricing and availability may change.

Project enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or a binding agreement. We will review the information you send and reply with any questions. If the project is a fit, we will provide a written proposal.

Quotations and payment

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting prices in Myanmar Kyat. A final quotation depends on the agreed scope, features, integrations, content, and timeline. Payment schedules, deposits, and revision limits are set out in the project proposal.

Client responsibilities

Projects move best when the client provides timely feedback, accurate information, and the content or access needed to complete the work. Delays in these areas may affect the timeline or cost.

Changes and revisions

Each proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope is handled through a change request, with any impact on cost and timeline agreed before it proceeds.

Third-party services

Some projects depend on third-party providers such as hosting, domains, payment processors, or APIs. Their fees, availability, and terms are separate unless the proposal says otherwise. We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our control.

Intellectual property

Ownership of the final deliverables is set out in the project agreement. We may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and internal components. Client content remains the client's responsibility and property.

Confidentiality

We treat project information as private. We do not publish client work, names, or case studies without permission. The same expectation applies to information shared during an enquiry.

Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver reliable work, but we do not guarantee that a website or application will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.

Ending a project

Either party may end a project according to the terms in the proposal. Work completed before termination remains payable, and handover depends on the agreed terms and outstanding payments.
